SNCAlert is operated for environmental consulting and law-firm business-development desks. This page describes what we collect when you create an account, subscribe, or receive weekly ECHO-derived alerts.
Account data
We store your name, email, password hash, plan, state/NAICS/program filters, and Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We do not store full card numbers. Payment details are handled by Stripe.
Usage and mail
We record which alert events were emailed to your desk. If you reset a password, we email a one-hour link. Weekly alert mail includes facility identity fields from EPA ECHO snapshots (name, address, NAICS, program, penalty, and the Detailed Facility Report link).
Analytics
On the production site we use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand traffic and performance. Those tools run in the browser on sncalert.com.
EPA / ECHO data
SNCAlert uses EPA ECHO snapshots. ECHO data lag source systems, are not complete, and are not a substitute for a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment or other legal due diligence. This product is not EPA advice and is not endorsed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Do not rely on these alerts as a legal conclusion. Data source: U.S. EPA Enforcement and Compliance History Online (ECHO).
Contact
Privacy questions: use the email on your Stripe receipt or the address you used to subscribe. We do not sell facility-watch lists as a consumer data product.
