ECHO flips, not neighborhood watch
The facility just flipped into SNC. Your BD email should already be written.
EPA refreshes ECHO about once a week. When a regulated site newly shows Significant Noncompliance, High Priority Violation, or a new formal action/penalty, SNCAlert emails the sales list — name, street address, NAICS, program, penalty, and the ECHO detailed facility report.
Sunday after Saturday refresh
Cron hits the ECHO Exporter zip, diffs SNC/HPV and formal-action fields against last week, and inserts only the flips.
Hydrate the new ones
New registry IDs can be hydrated from the DFR JSON service. We do not page the 1.5 million facility REST index.
Email the desk
Facility, street, city/state, NAICS, CAA/CWA/RCRA, event type, penalty dollars, ECHO DFR link. Starter covers three states; Pro is nationwide.
